Mainnet Phase-1 Success Lays the Groundwork for Phase-2 Launch

Share to Socials

November has been a monumental month for Autonomys, as we achieved our most significant milestone to date: the launch of Mainnet Phase-1. This achievement was facilitated by the community surpassing the Space Race target with 400+ PB of storage pledged to the network by 2,200+ nodes across over 50 countries in just four weeks. Rewards were activated at block #213,696, marking a pivotal moment in our journey, and demonstrating the strength of our community and technology.

Our ecosystem continues to expand with new partnerships formed with Glacier Network and several others (to be announced throughout December). In addition, Astral has reached mainnet readiness, Devcon 7 yielded over 10,000+ registered contacts, and our Foundation Layer for AI3.0 Whitepaper and Litepaper have been released, alongside our preliminary token economics paper and a V1.1 Website update.

As we shift our focus to Mainnet Phase-2, we remain committed to scaling our decentralized AI3.0 infrastructure and providing innovative solutions for developers, farmers, and ecosystem partners.

1.0 Protocol Updates

Phase-1 deployment has been successful with smooth network operations and active farmer participation. The successful launch and reward activation demonstrate the stability and readiness of our core consensus chain, setting the foundation for our next development phase.

Protocol focus is now shifting to Mainnet Phase-2 requirements:

  • The Nova EVM domain has launched on Taurus, our new permanent testnet for benchmarking and testing the core components of execution and cross-domain messaging (XDM), as well as our novel governance mechanism.
  • Nova is available on Taurus for partners to test their integrations ahead of Phase-2 launch.

In the meantime, we are optimizing the data access, networking and farming experiences for smooth developer and user onboarding.

2.0 Product Updates

As we continue to build and enhance our product suite following our successful mainnet launch, we’ve made significant progress across multiple initiatives.

Key highlights include:

  • Astral: Reached mainnet readiness, with brand-aligned UI updates in development.
  • Auto Drive: Completed UI/API proof-of-concept, focusing on developer experience.
  • Auto SDK: Implemented DSN interface, with agent support coming soon.
  • Agent Framework: Progressing with on-chain experimentation and use-case definition.

3.0 Marketing Updates

November marked the start of Go-to-Market for Autonomys. With the phased launch of mainnet, all resources were focused on ensuring a successful launch that was backed by a strong media presence to bootstrap the network during the pivotal Space Race campaign. Below are the key highlights for the month of November:

Mainnet Launch was supported heavily by North American, European and APAC media.

Autonomys: Foundation Layer for AI3.0 Whitepaper & Litepaper were released after months of research and collaboration, offering an in-depth look at the Autonomys Network AI3.0 stack, Auto Suite, and our philosophy of radical autonomy, and examining the evolution of our protocol and its decentralized, permissionless approach to shaping the future of AI. Support will be added for other languages in December.

Autonomys.xyz Website V1.1 was released and included updates on the following areas to improve the overall user experience as well as additional funnels for partnership requests:

  • Redesigned Mega Menu
  • Ecosystem Partnership Request Form
  • Updated Ecosystem Partners Page
  • Autonomys Mailing List Sign-up
  • General UX Improvements

Devcon SEA7 (Bangkok Thailand) was a success for the Autonomys team as we hosted 7 oversubscribed side-events focused on investors, developers and builders. We were able to generate over +10K contacts via event signups which will be added to our CRM for future BD purposes and lead generation.

Social Media Traction continues to peak in November as a result of our marketing strategy focused on mass-media coverage, regional expansion into APAC, and concentrated efforts with services such as the DaoLabs community hub.

Additional Noteworthy Coverage as a result of PR efforts have resulted in several key appearances for the Autonomys Network:
